Track the shipment, receive live status updates, and chat with the driver via messaging or voice along the way.

Book Your Shipment (NOW Or LATER)

  • Touch the Schedule Pickupto Schedule Your Pickup.
  • All Pro Now automatically detects your current location.
  • Use current location or enter another pickup address manually.
  • Favorite drop addresses can be saved for quick and easy access in the future.

Vehicle Selection & Payment

  • Select a vehicle based on the size of the shipment.
  • Add and select credit or debit card.
  • Your information is encrypted by storing card data on a PCI compliant database.

Enter Sender & Receiver Information

Enter Shipment Details

  • Take a photo of the shipment.
  • Select the load type.
  • Select the package type.
  • Select the goods type.
  • Enter the total # of pieces and estimated weight of the shipment.

Shipment Acceptance

  • An All Pro Now driver will accept your shipment within 5 minutes.

Track & Trace

  • Track your shipment on the App and get live updates of the driver’s location.
  • Receive text notifications at each milestone of the shipment:
    • Driver Arrival at Pickup Location
    • Loading of Goods
    • Departure from Pickup
    • Arrival at Destination
    • Unloading of Goods
    • Completion of Shipment
  • Communicate directly with the driver.

Review & Rate Drivers

  • Rate the driver after the completion of a trip, 1 to 5 Stars.
  • Leave comment about driver’s performance.
